Update to exe with improvements and fixes

Hi there,
This is the summary of the last changes:
-Improve speed (it will be a lot faster!!).... waaaay faster.
-Improved log (helps me to find and fix bugs)
-Option to add text frames besides foto frames with random (and personalizable) quotes.
-Fixed bug when the secondary monitor is on the left. Sorry about that!

How to use it?
.-Instal using the zip or WPCSetup.
.-Replace the WPC.exe file for the new one.
Works only with the English version.

I'm working on Windows 10 support and other features, proper installer before end Jan 2018.

Do not hesitate to suggest features and improvements, and also report bugs.
