#15 DNSBL not available

I am using fluffy 1.4.95. The tab for DNSBL does not
have the "enable" box. It has the "help" button in its
place. Have reinstalled, removed registry entries e.c.t.
Cant find where to enable DNSBL. Status screen shows
no DNSBL servers entered.
