#18 2 paned DNSBL tab

This is what you would call a "nice to have" request:

Now that Fluffy nicely lists all available DNSBL servers,
including the many BLs I don't use, I would find it more
comfortable if there were 2 lists in this tab:

[Available] : Weighting score = 0
[Enabled] : Those that matter

I realise that you would probably not prioritise this.
Having said that, I would like to offer to write the code
myself. Please let me know if you like the idea.
