#123 2 setup questions are repeatedly being asked

I keep getting asked 2 of the setup questions over and
over again:

1. Being warned that I do not have any IPs or domains
blacklisted or whitelisted. Then asked if I would like to
use the sample list?

2. Being warned that I do not have any file attachments
banned. Then asked if I would like to use the sample list?

I keep answering Yes to both questions but it does not
seem to set the "Yes" bit...

What the issue seems to be: When performing a clean
install of fluffy, if you accept all defaults, then configure
basic settings (SMTP servers, Connections and Local
network) shutdown and restart fluffy or switch between
log view and the configuration tab you will be prompted
with the two setup questions above. What is happening
is that the list.txt and ban.txt do not get created
when "Yes" is answered for both questions. You actually
need to go into each tab and change a value (even if
you don't want to keep it) then click OK and fluffy will
create those two files. After that the 2 setup questions
go away.
