Access Denied when UAC turned on

When Windows 7 has User Account Control (UAC) turned on, SCCM Client Center gives an "Access Denied" error and fails to connect.  The firewall is turned off, and there is no third-party firewall, and the only thing I have to do is disable UAC for the software to connect.  I cannot, however, leave UAC disabled, and any setting other than off is interfering with the connection.

Any suggestions?  Again, I narrowed it down to the UAC setting, and I am using the current version of the Client Center and a Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit OS.  Thanks in advance for any help…

That worked just fine.  Thanks both for the answer and the hard work on the project.  :)
