Hi Roger,

If a Configuration Item is made up of multiple checks, the results of the first check are used to
determine the icon to display in the list view, if the first check passes but the second check fails a green tick is shown.

The icon is based of that status of the property "ConstraintViolation" for the CI

From DCM.CS
if (xNode.SelectSingleNode("./ConstraintViolations[@Count > 0]") != null)
{
oItem.ConstraintViolation = xNode.SelectSingleNode("./ConstraintViolations/ConstraintViolation").Attributes["Severity"].Value.ToString();
}

The code needs to iterate each "./ConstraintViolations/ConstraintViolation" node and set oItem.ConstraintViolation to the worst Severity.

Thanks,

Mark Whittle
