WMIREPAIR not language-neutral

When checking permissions on a non-English client, WMIREPAIR cannot find the correct user names. Rather than language specific versions, is a language neutral version possible? Checking SIDS instead of username strings? Language neutral would be better for mixed language shops, where it might not be obvious what language a very remote machine is .

Example of problem:

Checking permission for: BUILTIN\Administrators...... unknown user
Checking permission for: NT AUTHORITY\INTERACTIVE...... unknown user
Checking permission for: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM...... unknown user

Fixed with SVN Revision 460. This Version will be part of SMSCliCtr Version 2.0.4.1.
