#20 Execution History - duplicate entries

When clicking on "show execution history" items in the list are duplicated if the button is clicked while it is already loading.
This is quite easy to do when on a slow connection such as WAN links or VPN or on an overloaded link.
This bug, while not serious, increases the existing frustration of working on a computer under those conditions.

Steps to reproduce
1. Start Client Center and connect to a computer with a moderate number of installed packages (my example has 33, fairly low for my organisation)
2. Navigate to the execution history tab by clicking on "Advertisements" on the left hand side and then the "Execution History" tab up the top.
3. Click on "show execution history"
4. Before or during the loading of entries click on the button again.
Now the Execution history will start loading again showing two or three entries for each item and increasing the loading time.
