#22 Agent bishop items
as part of the building managment and FM group peices, maybe there should also be an agent bishop section to track items for him to handle that are outside the FM group pervue.
Items such as building scheduling, calling building libraryian, snow removal assignments, etc. all coordinate through the agent bishop but have no impact on FM group.
