I would like to change the concept/verbage/custom from, "scheduling the building" to, "scheduling a room or rooms." Also it seems very sub-optimal to have to open another window while looking at the calendar to see what specific rooms are reserved.

I would like to see a, "On Mouse Over" that displays enough information to not have to open another window. Perhaps the mouse over would display a short-hand for time, rooms, ward, and event description. For example;

6-9, kitchen & Cultural Hall, EC2, New Beginnings
EC2 = Eaglecrest 2nd ward
