#49 Add mouse wheel horizontal events processing
I added wheelLeft() and wheelRight() events processing and assigned them to decSubStep() and incSubStep() functions. Sorry, but I'm bad programmer and I can't add settings for this into configuration dialog. Can You improve this patch to add settings for horizontal wheel events as regular mouse buttons and add it into future releases?
