#790 Audio and Subtitle menu entries are not shown as unique

The Audio and Subtitle lists are not unique when more entries in the video file.

If there are say 2 English and 2 Danish subtitle tracks the lists shows "dan dan eng eng". Not very informative as to which to choose. Please see the attached video_content.jpg where the audio and subtitle info is listed (using Mediainfo app).

The video file contains information to show to make listings unique, f.ex.
"dan 128 kb/s - dan 640 kb/s - eng 128 kb/s - eng 620 kb/s".
