#775 Portable bookmarks (or Convert Bookmark to Chapters

I would like to have a way to access my bookmarks of my media from any others computer or with an other media player.

An easy way could be to convert these SMPlayer bookmarks (from the user settings) to standard chapters integreted to the file (for formats that suppart that, like mkv or mp4)
