#760 Play file path from clipboard

At this moment i have to use the open dialog to open a file. In some cases this is slow (https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16857). VLC has a nice feature to just press ctrl-v and it will directly open a window with the clipboard content directly entered. It it possible to add something similar to SMPlayer?
