#750 Thumbnail Generator is not perfect when the resulting resolution is greater than the screen resolution

Sometimes users want to produce a larger thumbnail to accommodate more content, even if it is larger than the current screen resolution. The thumbnail generator's preview window is not suitable for this, it may tile the image and cause action buttons to appear outside the screen.

If I maximize the window manually, it provides an image tile with scroll bars and the action buttons is available. But when the window appears next time (no program exits), it displays the maximized window but the action button is cover.
