To see flagged YouTube videos "that may be inappropriate for some users", you need to have an YouTube account.
But if you use Googlebot's user-agent string*, you can bypass that restriction.

Is it possible to do something like that in SMPlayer?
Maybe something like this: when you hit a "verify_age" page, you change the user-agent and try the original URL again.

Here's a sample video that's been flagged: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDge7FgIXYI

(*) = Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html)
