#973 mpv 0.32 performance degradation

smplayer 20.6 ships mpv 0.32, how to reproduce:

1. start task manager/ process explorer/something to see CPU utilization
2. play video in win10 in a window
3. click and hold LMB in the middle of video to grab the window
4. start moving window vigorously, including partially outside the screen borders

you will see that any time part of video window lands outside the screen borders CPU spikes to 100% and video stutters, in fact whole smplayer window starts moving in big jumps

Doesnt happen when downgrading just mpv to 0.29.whatever from 19.10 release

Im happy to report smplayer 21.8.0 with mpv 0.33.0-349-g5304e9fe31 no longer exhibits this issue. This can be closed.
