#920 OSD doesn't show translation of Volume in non-fullscreen mode

SMPlayer 19.5.0 (9214) (64-bit)
Windows 10 x64

1) Enable View -> OSD -> Volume + seek
2) Change language from English to something else (i.e. Basque, Russian, etc)
3) Open any video in non-fullscreen mode
4) Change volume

Result: OSD shows English trasnlation Volume: XX
Expected result: OSD shows correct translation (i.e: Bolumena: XX, Громкость: XX)

Additional info: The issue can not be reproduced in fullscreen mode, SMPlayer shows correct translation of Volume
