Paused videos will start automatically playing on hibernating.
Platform is kubuntu 18.10
smplayer version: 18.10.0

probably due to flawed mpris 'pause' command handling.
sending 'qdbus org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.smplayer /org/mpris/MediaPlayer2 org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.Player.Pause' will make smplayer play video.

according to spec 'https://specifications.freedesktop.org/mpris-spec/latest/Player_Interface.html#Method:Pause' pause cmd should pause video and if already paused do nothing.

    Hi,
I can confirm this bug in KDE Neon 18.04.
I had openned a bug in KDE and the powerdevil developer analysed it and suggested to open the bug in Smplayer.
    For reference: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=401291
    Thanks

Any news on this bug? This is pretty annoying behavior and has been the sole reason why I refrain from using smplayer as my primary video player...

Maybe the problem is fixed in svn r9185.

I just compiled it from svn and it does indeed solve the problem, smplayer now stays paused when hibernating.

        Thanks a million!
