#695 Tonvid.com is released under a non-free license.

Since the recent changes in smtube, smtube has essentially become a web browser that relies heavily upon Tonvid.com for its functionality. The problem is that it appears according to the terms of use found at Tonvid.com that it is not released under a free license making smtube heavily dependent upon non-free software which undermines those that wish to use it because it is free software.

According to the terms of use users can not:

"Make copies or versions of the website or its source code, without the express consent of TONVID.COM"

And this which is just ridiculous:

"Take copies or screen captures of the website, without express permission from TONVID.COM."

And:

" The Website, its design, and programming structure is owned by TONVID.COM. Users of this website may reproduce or store the website for exclusive personal and/or professional use. Any other transmission, distribution, reproduction or storage of all or part of the website for any purpose or resale to third parties, is expressly prohibited without the prior consent of TONVID.COM."

Please release Tonvid.com under a free license to match smtube and smplayer so that users like me can continue to use it. Thanks!
