#605 keyboard navigation of playlist dialog

The first problem with the playlist dialog is that once you open it with ctrl+l, you cant close it with the same shortcut key, but instead you have to alt+tab to give access back to the main window and then you can press ctrl+l to close the playlist.

The second problem with the playlist dialog is that once you've opened it, you cant navigate through it with the keyboard. it would be nice to be able to press tab to jump through the various icons and the playlist list and have spacebar or enter to able to click the various icons.
