#588 Slight Screen Tearing When Using xcompmgr

I'm using Slackware64 14.0 with QT 4.8.2 and I'm using Dana Jansens's fork of the X Composisting Manager. You can find here; http://oliwer.net/xcompmgr-dana/

I compiled smplayer 0.8.5 by source...

When I play a video in smplayer on a light effect with these settings;

xcompmgr -cCfF -I20 -O10 -D1 -t-5 -l-5 -r4 -o.8

I notice that quite often I'll get some slight screen tear while watching the video, and as soon as I turn off the composite for no effects the screen tearing goes away....

It would be nice to be able to leave the composite effect on, without the need to turn it on and off, so I hope this can be fixed in a future version...
