#580 Request: make the "set subtitles delay" dialog non-modal

Please make the "Set subtitles delay" (*) dialog non-modal. If one is left with misaligned subtitles, finding the right delay is a trial and error process that often involves locating specific points in time in the movie. It would be nice if the user could use the seek slider while the "Set subtitles delay" dialog is open.
