#544 multi core & segment linking

hi
about smplayer-0.8.2
there was two problem in playback
first : there is frame-drop in some fast motion in a clip & its slow maybe because of not supporting multi-cores while
secondly : about segment linking, smplayer-0.8.2 doesn't support it
while smplayer2 support the segment linking & multi cores playback
i hope you fix it :)
