#474 Floating control and mouse

Monitor resolution 1440x900

With the resolution mentioned above height of the floating control is 44 px. That means the mouse should activate the control bar when y coordinates are between 856 - 900px. In SMplayer 0.6.10 the activation buffer is 830px? Is that by design?

After quick look at the code the culprit is basegui.cpp file 4411 line (#define MARGIN 70)
