#450 screen saver,screen dimming

hi.i have dell LX702 laptop.when i try to watch a movie with smplayer screen saver start and screen gets dimmed.under the option i marked "swich screen saver off" and "avoid screensaver" but no luck...is there any way to fix this problem.please fix this problem.thanks in advance..
