#375 Restoring window issue after fullscreen shutdown

After shutting down (using Alt+F4 e.g.) smplayer while running a video in fullscreen, it restores the window as maximized on the next startup.

I consider this a bug, seeing how I treat fullscreen and windowed mode as two different use-cases. I'd either expect smplayer to startup in a real fullscreen mode again, or restore the last known window settings (not maximized, but the last used size & position). Otherwise I always end up de-maximizing the window and then resizing it.
