Smoothkoops - No Further Development.

As of today I will no longer be developing smoothkoops.

I will also be deleting all the downloadable files.

Forums are now closed.

This is due to "issues" raised by Smoothwall Ltd. Plus I believe something similar will be in v2.0GPL anyway.

This mod may surface again in a different form somewhere else (NOT smoothwall).

Version 083 is up.

Just uploaded smoothkoops083.tar.gz

Updated it for smoothwall patch 20.
Fixed double links issue.

I need someone to do a "cd /home/httpd/html" then a "find . -name square.gif" and tell me what they get. Users are reporting problems with a missing picture (square.gif). On my machine it was in "./images/3/square.gif".

Ver 08 soon.

I've finished the client log page creation and it all works well :)

Just a few more bits and pieces before its good to go.

This version won't have any bandwidth throttling in it though.

The plan is to get this version out the door then i'll install IPCOP on another machine and see if I can get this working on it. Smoothkoops will then probably split into 3 packages. Backend scripts then front end cgi scripts for smoothwall and IPCOP.... read more

New Home

We'll im slowly moving all my stuff in as this will be the new place for this mod.

As this will be a better hosting environment as I was very limited with my other location.

Anyway, the next version should be out in the next two weeks or so pending any dire problems.

I've totally changed the file layout so that it is more constant with a normal app.

The next version will be a lot more user config friendly. Pretty much no commands will need to be run except for the initial unpacking and install script.... read more
