[Sml-implementers] SML Basis mailing list

I've created a restricted mailing list at the University of
Chicago for discussions related to the SML Basis Specification
(it is restricted in the sense that you must be a member to
post).  I've seeded the subscription list with the addresses
of people who have been involved in recent discussions, but
