[Sml-implementers] PR opportunity

Just wanted to make sure everyone new about

It's been around for quite some time, but just got a lot of PR by showing up
on Slashdot. MLton and SML/NJ are already on the list. It be nice to see
MoscowML and some of the other implementation's show up. We can't let OCaml
steal all the hacker mind share.
