[Sml-implementers] SML/NJ test suite imported as test/smlnj

I've imported the SML/NJ regression test suite into the sml CVS
repository as test/smlnj.  Our testing scripts will not be of
direct use to other implementations, since they are based on diffing
against reference output files, so any difference with SML/NJ output
will be counted as failure.  However, the test files themselves will
mostly be appropriate for other implementations.

I hope that other implementers will follow up by importing their test
suites, and then we can perhaps find volunteers to work on a unified
test suite.

The SML/NJ benchmarks should be imported soon, at benchmarks/smlnj.
