#3 Beware the Miktex 2.9 Qt DLL conflicts

After building successfully on Windows with VS 2013, sMILX ran fine but the installer executable did not crashing with module ntdll error.

Turns out installing MikTeX 2.9 installs conflicting Qt Core and GUI dlls into the PATH, which is used by fixup bundle in CPack. This is a different version to the one I was using and caused the crash. Fix by removing the conflicting DLLs.
