#4 All downloads 0kb

Hi,
hope someone still supports this great software. Everything instantly worked very well. Except that alle files that I download are 0kb!?
I am running the apache 2.4.7 and PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.9 + samba 4.1.6-Ubuntu.
German Charset!
Any sugestions?
