#19 enable/disable one or more records

Hello. I use probind2 at the moment. In this Web-GUI its possible to enable or disable records for temporary (de)aktivation (i.e. for tests). Please build this feature in Your very nice GUI.

A second nice feature we miss: a description-tab to add comments to a single record for other Admins in larger environment with more than one admin-users.

This are little features I knowing from probind and I think they are very useful for other smbind-users ;o)
