#2 setIcon() does not function as it should

The setIcon() member function of widgetFactory only
sets the application icon that is displayed on the
taskbar. setIcon() does not set the icon that is
displayed at the top left of the window and ALT-TAB.

I added the following line to setIcon() which at least
fixes the ALT-TAB icon but still not the application icon.

::SetClassLongPtr( itsHandle, GCLP_HICON,
reinterpret_cast<LONG>(hIcon) );
