#2 homepage doesn't link to sf.net project

the sf.net project page has a link to the homepage, but
the homepage doesn't link to the sf.net project page.
not a big deal except that the homepage is out-of-date
and makes no reference to the updated/new work at sf.net.

this wouldn't be a big deal except that searching for
"ucsc smartsuite" at google only returns the homepage
and not the sf.net project page.

i just think the project page needs a little more
visibility (finding it only by chance myself and
realizing smartsuite still lives, after originally
finding the nearly-two-years-since-a-new-release
homepage and thinking the project was abandoned/dead).
