Hi,

can you explain a little bit more about the deprecation of
LPSTR ? I'm just compiling against pcsc-lite-1.2.0 and it
(still) has, in winscard.h,

/usr/local/include/wintypes.h:  typedef char *LPSTR;

while LPTSTR is *not* defined, thus it does not compile :-(
