[Smartsign-devel] Privacy settings change.

Hi all,

due to a few postings to the Smart Sign lists with some
"advertisement" contents I've been forced to change
the privacy settings of the lists to be more restrictive.

Specifically, from now on only members will be
able to post messages to the lists. Furthermore
the e-mail addresses which previous "advertisment"
messages came from have been held for approval.

I hope this is enough to avoid repetition of such
message posts in the future.
