Hi all,

in the latest published Sign-MCard beta I didn't remember
to include these few lines in the "--help" message:

" -cert file      - Certificate file on file system\n",
" -cert sc:name   - Certificate file on smart card, in 'name'",

With the 1st syntax, you specify a path to the
certificate on your filesystem.

With the 2nd syntax ('sc:' prefix), you specify a
MuscleCard Object ID (a string) that contains your
DER-encoded X.509 certificate on the card.
