#11 Case-insensitive pattern matching

Add radio buttons to select/generate case insensitive pattern matches using :comparator "i;ascii-casemap" with :regex. It would be best if the :regex an :comparator fields were selectable for the individual CONDITIONS fields, although global selection (as with the current :regex) might meet most needs.

This feature is planned to be included in the version 2 code base (currently in development). It will not be included in the upcoming version 1 release, due to limitations in the way it stores script content.

I'll leave this feature request item open until the version 2 code base bacomes usable.
