#4 Contextual Run on .qvt files does not create a new configura

[Interface - Launcher - For SmartQVT 0.1.7]

When launching a transformation from the contextual menu "QVT > Run" on a .qvt file, the launcher appears, but it does not create a SmartQVT configuration for the selected qvt (while it did in 0.1.6).
