If I power down disk while writing, there is a chance that inconsistent
data will be written. Later, when trying to read, i'll get an ECC error.
Am I right ?
And then, when the disk will see this error, it will count it as pending
sector and/or (later) rellocate it.
But, in fact, the media in this sector is good...
So, is there a way to tell the disc that sector is ok, and/or to check
it again ?

Writing a sector doesn't take very long, and the disk will park heads
anyway when power goes off, using residual energy stored on the disk.
That's my understanding anyway.
