Looks like your drive got strong reading problems. I've read somewhere that= =20 a huge proportion of drives fails either very early (first month of use or= =20 so) or late (many years). Early fail may be caused by transportation or=20 fabrication problems. I suppose that you are in one of those case... I suggest that you contact your drive's manufacturer and ask them if they= =20 would accept to change it even if it has not already failed.
