[smartmontools-support] Unitek USB - IDE/SATA adapter

(No idea as to the obvious version discrepancy)
2.5 IDE HDD connected
No -d to smartctl necessary

(can't find manufacturer info)

HDD smart data can be accessed through both the above adapters (not
surprisingly, as there are a bunch of other adapters with this USB ID).
