[smartmontools-support] How common is Reallocated Sectors?

How common are Reallocated Sector Counts?

This hard drive I'm checking is less than a year old.
After about six months it showed a
Reallocated_Sector_Ct with a raw value of 3

and recently just added 1 more to show
Reallocated_Sector_Ct   0x0033   100   100   036    Pre-fail  Always       -       4

The logs have never shown any errors and all the TYPES
are Pre-fail or Old_age.

Also, please if you have a suggestion or comment about this!
Other than Reallocated_Sector_Ct, the The only thing that is odd about this drive is that
the long self-test will not complete. It always hangs at a certain percentage no matter how
long it is left.
