Hi,

No, the output was ok, it was like:

"Error 1 occurred at disk power-on lifetime: 465 hours (19 days + 9 hours)
When the command that caused the error occurred, the device was active or idle."

It was truncated in mail but is present in the output log file I have sent previously. This message comes every time so it is reproducible.
Hope this helps...

Thanks,
Anshul

Hi,

I ran the tool recently and my hard disk passed all the tests it did. only one error output is what I am unable to understand. Attached is the full error output. Also, the error log is below for reference. Could you please help?

Thanks,
Anshul

****************************
Complete error log:

SMART Error Log Version: 1
ATA Error Count: 1
CR = Command Register [HEX]
...

Powered_Up_Time is measured from power on, and printed as
DDd+hh:mm:SS.sss where DD=days, hh=hours, mm=minutes,
SS=sec, and sss=millisec. It "wraps" after 49.710 days.

Error 1 occurred at disk power-on lifetime: 465 hours (19 days + 9 hours)
 W

Normally the last line should be:
"  When the command that caused the error occurred, the device was ..."

Is the output actually truncated after 'W'. If yes, is this reproducible?

Thanks,
Christian
