Recently I experienced some weird things with my computer.
The system just hangs.
When I reboot my gentoo box, everything is running ok for a while.
And then just the same scenario.The system stops responding.
This computer had an uptime of 54 days. So i guess some of the hardware is failing.

The following output was produced by smarttools.
Can someone tell me what's wrong with the disk?
