Hello,

I've recently installed a new hard drive into my server and have noticed an enormous amount of ECC errors which seem to be constantly increasing.  The drive is not mounted and only gets used at midnight when a backup is performed.

Is this normal behavior? I replaced the motherboard, cpu and ram not too long ago in an upgrade and thought maybe it might fix the problem however the ecc errors just keep climbing.

Cheers, Mike
