Smartmenu can now be controlled from keyboard. It can also be used without any lirc remote.

I am overtaking David Kutalek's work on smartmenu.
Here are the change in the new version

* Support for dynamics menu : can browse hughe MP3 collection, video files, ...

* Unicode support

* Autohide fixed

* Fixed bugs with recent glibc
