From what I can tell, it has nothing to do with SmartGWT - it is just mentioned there but no Part 2 is there to be found. I'd remove this link, as it is just confusing.

What is really missing here - tutorial how to setup SmartGWT the "old way"... how to update module XML, what to copy there. Without any tools, no Eclipse, nothing. Ant - and even that one only by the way.
